Dreaming of Fall + a Bishop Arts District's Portrait Session

I have been working reeeeeeally hard on having a good attitude about summer weather (fall can not get here fast enough!!!!). While I’m longing for boots and scarves weather, I’m making my list of all the things I can’t wait to do once I start seeing highs in the 60’s again. At the top of my list is to pay a visit to the Bishop Arts District in Dallas.   When a friend introduced me to the area, my immediate thought was: I can’t wait to do a photo session here! The colorful independent boutiques and streets made for walking bring an urban eclectic vibe to the area that called to me.  Okay, okay, and I did have some ah-mazing pie at Emporium Pies that really, um shall we say encouraged this feeling ;)

Needless to say, when Charlotte approached me to get some updated personal photos, I thought the Bishop Arts Area would be a great fit for the look she was going for.  This session was photographed in the fall a few years ago, but I’m dreaming about all the things fall these days, so I’m excited to share it.  Enjoy!
