Megan + Glen, First Look

  My friend Megan is many things, kind, generous, and um Gorgeous!  There's one thing I know, that whenever we talk, I'll probably get a belly ache from laughing. Her wit and humor never fail to leave me with a smile on my face long after our conversation ends. When I got the call that a)she was engaged and b)she wanted me to be her wedding photographer, I confess to doing a little happy dance in the car!  I knew Glen had to be a great guy because of how amazing Megan is. What I didn't realize was just how special their wedding day would be especially the moment when they saw each other for the first time.

Megan and Glen, thank you for giving me a tiny peek into your love. I couldn't be happier that you have found each other.  I hope your marriage is filled with lots of laughter; the kind that causes belly aches, and leaves smiles to linger.

An Intimate Backyard Wedding with Fedoras and a Pineapple

Audra and Philip's wedding was a sweet intimate family affair filled with fun, laughter, and sprinkled with surprises.  

The wedding was held in the backyard of Audra's family's home, and both families went all out to ensure these two lovebirds had just the wedding they envisioned.  The two love the television show Psych, and in each episode a pineapple is hidden in the show. So Audra and Philip had a pineapple discretely tucked in a tree in the backyard.  Of course we also had fun working the pineapple into a few photos.

Philip, I have to say, you've got swag!  From the tips of your gray shoes to your fedora, you were working it! Audra, there is nothing more beautiful than a bride in love, and you were glowing! Thank you both for allowing me to photograph the way you love each other. I love how you love to have fun with each other.  May your marriage be filled with lots of love, laughter, and maybe a pineapple or two!
