Eric & Sibi's wedding day showcased a beautiful blend of cultures & personal touches. Friends and family from across the country & the world came together to watch the future Mr. & Mrs. Powers tie the knot. Sibi looked amazing as her father escorted her down the aisle to meet Eric in her lovely Vera Wang bridal gown. Eric moved his bride to tears as he sang to her during the intimate ceremony at Reflections on Spring Creek in Plano, Texas. After the couple jumped the broom, they walked into the reception sporting their co-ordinating Chuck Taylors embroidered with Mr. Powers & Mrs. Powers.
The newest Mr. & Mrs. enjoyed a reception filled with toasts both sweet and funny, dancing, and a cake prepared by Meringue Bakery. As they mingled with their guests, those who looked closely would spot their matching tattoos. On the inside of both their forearms is the Yoruba phrase "ife o ni daru" which translates "love will not fade." I couldn't wish for a more perfect sentiment for such a special couple!
